All plots are fully equipped with essential utilities: water supply, wastewater and stormwater drainage, gas, telecom ducts, and an established power grid. Each property is accessible via newly built asphalt roads with integrated street lighting for improved visibility and connectivity.

Utility Providers & Local Governance

Water supply and wastewater services for all plots are managed by Narva Vesi. The business park falls under the jurisdiction of Narva-Jõesuu City Council, which oversees local planning and administration. Electricity is provided by Virumaa Tehnopark, ensuring reliable access to the power grid across the entire development.

Standard pricing for commercial and industrial plots is €22 per m², with exceptions: • Rebase 11 – €17.10 per m² • Rebase Street (62,025 m² plot) – €30.00 per m² • Residential plots – €20.60 per m² All prices include connections to gas, water, sewage, and electricity services. VAT is added to all listed prices.
